Spalace offers bathroom products and accessories, including shower essentials, towel storage, sink accessories, bathroom organizers, toilet accessories, bath linens, mirrors, lighting, plumbing accessories, cleaning tools, and bathroom safety products.

We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. Any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees for international orders are not included unless stated during checkout.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods or high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must generally be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, and components. Please contact us for authorization and return instructions before sending anything back.
